DPRK Ambassador Meets Newly Appointed Foreign Minister of Mongolia

O Sung Ho, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to Mongolia paid a courtesy call on N. Enkhtaivan, newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia, on July 23.

At the talk, both sides exchanged views on inheriting and developing on good terms the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation provided for by the preceding leaders in conformity with the common interests of the peoples of the two countries.

Ugandan Deputy Prime Minister Appraises Exploits of War Victory Performed by President Kim Il Sung

Jong Tong Hak, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to the Republic of Uganda, met and had a talk with Kirunda Kivejinja, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda, on July 21.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the exploits of war victory performed by President Kim Il Sung will shine forever through generations and the proud victory achieved by the Korean people in the Fatherland Liberation War encouraged the national liberation struggle of the oppressed peoples across the world, and he expressed his readiness to make active efforts for the improved traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with the DPRK.

Chamberlain Secretary of Egyptian Presidency Confident of Increased Development of Bilateral Relations of Friendship and Cooperation

Ma Tong Hui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to the Arab Republic of Egypt, met and had a talk on July 21 with Abdulaziz Al Sharif, Secretary of the Chamberlain of the Egyptian Presidency.

The Secretary of the Chamberlain said that the Egyptian people will always remember the support given by H. E. President Kim Il Sung to the struggle of Egypt for defending its sovereignty.

He expressed his hope that the Korean people will achieve greater successes in their efforts for safeguarding peace and security and achieving economic development and prosperity of the country under the wise leadership of the respected Chairman Kim Jong Un, and conveyed his conviction that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would further expand and develop in all fields.

Congratulatory Message to FM of Mongolia

Ri Son Gwon, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message on July 11 to N. Enkhtaivan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia, on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the victory of the Mongolian people’s revolution.

The message wished the Mongolian Minister greater successes in his work for developing external relations of the country and underlined the readiness to further strengthen and develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as desired by the peoples of the two countries.

DPRK and Mexico Discuss Development of Relations Between Parliaments

Song Sun Ryong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the United Mexican States, met with Alfredo Femat, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the United Mexican States, on July 7 and discussed the issue of developing relations between the parliaments of the two countries.

The Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee said that he would make active efforts for increasing collaboration between the parliaments of the two countries and expressed the hope that the Korean people would achieve greater success in the development of national economy, the improvement of people’s lives and the prevention of COVID-19.
