Mun Jong Nam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to Syrian Arab Republic, met and had a talk with Aiman Raod, Director of Asia Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syrian Arab Republic, on September 16.
The Director said that he is proud that the historical relations of friendship between Syria and the DPRK, established by the preceding leaders, are further strengthening and developing by the personal care of the supreme leaders of the two countries, and the Syrian government always extends full support to all measures taken by the DPRK government for safeguarding sovereignty of the country and ensuring happiness and prosperity of the people.
He said he has realized that people and army in the DPRK removed the traces of natural disaster and built wonderful rural villages in a short period by their own efforts under the wise leadership of His Excellency Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, and he cannot but express his admiration for the warm love for the people by His Excellency Kim Jong Un, the single-hearted unity and economic potential of the DPRK.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) presented his credentials to the Queen of the Kingdom of Denmark on September 9.
Ambassador Ri Won Guk courteously conveyed warm greetings sent by Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, to Queen Margrethe II.

Vice-Minister warmly congratulated the 72nd founding anniversary of the DPRK and said that the DPRK had developed into a powerful country under the wise leadership of the great President Kim Il Sung and General Kim Jong Il and that the respected leaders are great statesmen who performed remarkable exploits in founding, strengthening and developing the DPRK.
He also said that the Iranian government and people always remember that President Kim Il Sung rendered both material and moral support to them when Iran was undergoing the most difficult period and hoped that restoration work in the areas of the DPRK affected by floods and typhoon will be successfully carried out under the correct leadership of H.E. Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, so that the lives of the people in the affected areas stabilize as soon as possible.
