Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Indian President Ram Nath Kovind on September 5.
The message extended warm greetings and congratulations on behalf of the Indian government, people and president to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Staff members of the UNDP, UNICEF, the United Nations Population Fund, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO), the WFP and the WHO missions in Pyongyang visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on Thursday on the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
They laid floral baskets before the statues of the great leaders and paid tribute to them.

Jesus De Los Angeles Aise Sotolongo, Cuban ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy officials visited Moranbong Secondary School No.1 on Wednesday on the occasions of the 91st birth anniversary of Fidel Castro Ruz and the month of solidarity with the Cuban people.
Being briefed on the fact that the schoolchildren are being trained into competent talents and pillars of thriving Korea who are fully prepared mentally, morally and physically, they went round a room dedicated to the history of the school and classroom “Jose Marti Class” and other places.

Respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un received a floral basket and a congratulatory letter from the diplomatic corps in Pyongyang on the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
The floral basket and letter were handed over to Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho by Ismail Ahmed Mohamed Hasan, Palestinian ambassador to the DPRK who is doyen of the corps, on September 6.
