Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Has Photo Session with Members of SPA Presidium and Cabinet and Deputies to 14th SPA

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, had a photo session with the members of the newly-formed Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly(SPA) and the Cabinet and deputies to the 14th SPA before the Mansudae Assembly Hall, on April 12.

The moment Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un appeared in the photographing venue, all the deputies to SPA broke into cheers of “hurrah!” looking up to him.

After expressing the expectation and belief that the deputies would successfully fulfill the revolutionary duty as faithful servants of the people and the first standard-bearers in implementing the Party policies, always bearing in mind the deep trust and expectation of the Party and people, he had a photo session with the members of the newly-formed SPA Presidium and Cabinet and then with all the deputies to the 14th SPA.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Makes Policy Speech at First Session of 14th SPA

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un made a policy speech “On Socialist Construction and the Internal and External Policies of the Government of the Republic at the Present Stage” at the First Session of the 14th Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on Friday.

Kim Jong Un extended heartfelt thanks to all the deputies for expressing great trust in him on behalf of all the people to lead the overall work of the DPRK, the glorious country, once again as chairman of the DPRK State Affairs Commission and solemnly pledged to dedicate himself to the development and prosperity of the DPRK and the happiness of the people.

He said that it is the important historic task of the government of the Republic to accomplish the cause of socialism under the uplifted banner of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

Report on 4th th Plenary Meeting of 7th th Central Committee of WPK

The 4th Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK) took place at the headquarters building of the C.C., WPK on Wednesday.

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, guided the plenary meeting.

Attending the meeting were members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee, members and alternate members of the Political Bureau, members and alternate members of the WPK Central Committee and members of the Central Auditing Commission of the WPK.

Enlarged Meeting of Political Bureau of C.C., WPK Held

An enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK) took place at the office building of the Central Committee of the WPK on Tuesday afternoon.

The meeting was guided by Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Attending it were members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee, members and alternate members of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Visits Taesong Department Store Ready to Open

Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the Korean People’s Army, provided field guidance to Taesong Department Store just before its opening.

Looking round counters on each floor, Supreme Leader of the Party, state and army Kim Jong Un was given details of the renovation and enlargement of the department store, and goods exhibition and service readiness.

Now that the modern department store has been completed, it has become possible to provide citizens of the capital with different varieties of more quality foodstuffs, clothing, footwear, household articles, sundry goods for daily use, school things and goods for cultural use, he said.
