Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, had a talk with a joint delegation of political parties of the State Duma of Russia led by Deputy Speaker Sergei Neberov which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Saturday.
