Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Sends Congratulations to Indian President

Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) sent a message of congratulations to Ram Nath Kovind, President of the Republic of India, on January 26.

In the message, Kim Jong Un, on behalf of the government and people of the DPRK, extended his warm congratulations to the president and the friendly government and people of India on the occasion of the Republic Day of India, a significant national holiday of the Indian people.

He stressed that it is an invariable stand of the government of the DPRK to expand and develop in various fields the long-standing and traditional relations of excellent friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

He also sincerely wished the Indian president and people greater success in their efforts for independent development and prosperity of the country.
