Ri Yong Ho, foreign minister of the DPRK, sent a message of sympathy to Antonio Guterres, secretary general of the United Nations, Thursday over the death of Babatunde Osotimehin, executive director of the UN Population Fund. Ri in the message expressed deep condolence to the secretary general, and through him, to the bereaved family.
