Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Sends Reply Message to Lao President

Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK) and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK), sent a reply message to Bounnang Vorachith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party(LPRP) and President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic(LPDR), on October 15.

Kim Jong Un in the reply message expressed his deep gratitude to the General Secretary for having sent warm felicitations and best wishes on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK and also having extended strong support and solidarity to the Party and the people of the DPRK in their struggle for implementing the decision of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.

The message extended full support to the LPRP and the fraternal Lao people in their struggle for carrying out the two-point strategic tasks, namely defence of the country and building of the people’s democratic system.

It also expressed the expectation and belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two Parties and the two countries would further strengthen and develop.

It sincerely wished the General Secretary greater success in his responsible work for leading the Party and the state.
