Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets Iranian Ambassador

Choe Hui Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, had a talk with Iranian Ambassador to the DPRK Seyed Mohsen Emadi who paid a courtesy call on him Tuesday.

Present there were officials of the Foreign Ministry and a staff member of the Iranian embassy here.

The vice-minister mentioned the eye-opening successes being made by the DPRK in bolstering the Juche-based rocket force under the energetic guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. And he hoped that the traditional relations of friendship between the two countries, provided by President Kim Il Sung and leaders of Iran, would grow stronger in conformity with common interests of their governments and peoples.

The Iranian ambassador expressed thanks over the fact that the traditional relations of friendship, provided by the preceding leaders of the two countries, are favorably developing under the deep care of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. And he said he would strive to ensure closer cooperation between the two countries in the international arena including the UN and expand the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation in politics, economy, culture and other fields during his term.
